All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Note: During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

 

Damaged or Lost Package 

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email/contact info]. We’ll work with you to replace or refund your order.
